MONDAY - FRIDAY Karlsburger Foods is seeking a full time Production Associate.
This role will workat our climate controlled Corporate Headquarters located in Monticello, MN, and report directly to the Production Manager.
This is an entry level position but there is always potential for advancement in our growing company.
We will create a training path for you to learn our company and grow through our level system.
This position will work with a team of 3-4 people to complete the scheduled products for the day.
They will learn the process beginning to end from one of our trainers.
