Cloud area.
You must be willing to travel to these areas to provide on the job coaching and Employment Specialists services to My Path clients.
You are paid for any work related travel time.
This is a unique position and opportunity to work with individuals with disabilities to help them accomplish their employment related goals.
This could include helping an individual find competitive employment, helping them explore short and long term careers, exploring post-secondary education and training opportunities and providing on the job and post job follow up coaching and evaluations.
You will be given clients that have been refereed to MY PATH through Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS).
You will start off by providing job coaching and on the job evaluations at various business in the Eagan/Apple Valley area.
Location of job coaching will vary depending on the client and their needs.
You will get paid for travel time.
While providing this service, we can work towards building a client list where you would work with clients 1 on and meet weekly to make progress on goals and move towards goal completion.
There is a lot of flexibility with this position.
This could be a side gig or primary employment dependent upon how many clients you want to work with at a given time.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Provide job coaching to ensure the client understand and consistently meets their on the job expectations.
Complete on the job evaluations to assess the client's employment related strengths and needs.
Follow up with manager and work with manager to ensure success for both employer and employee.
Engages adult participants of all ages and establishes trusting, collaborative relationships directed toward the goal of competitive employment in community job settings with other workers without disabilities.
Engages youth participants ages 14-21 providing Pre-Employment Transition Services.
Establishes trusting and collaborative relationships with both youth and staff at various school districts.
Provides, with the participant's permission, education and support to family members about work and gathers input about skills, interests and strengths of the client and ideas for support.
Discusses participant's preference for disclosure of disability status to employers, including possible costs and benefits and specific information to be disclosed.
Provides assistance with the job search regardless of participant's preferences regarding disclosure (i.
e.
, support with employer contact when participant chooses not to disclose).
Follow up with client and employer once the client has secured employment to increase chances of long term success.
Create and execute an Action Plan which will lead to the client accomplishing their desired goal(s).
EDUCATION AND
Experience:
High school diploma or GED required.
Education and experience equivalent to undergraduate degree in special education, mental health, social services, or business preferred.
At least one year experience working with people with disabilities, experience providing employment services, and knowledge of the work world are required.
Ability to work as an effective team player is essential.
Schedule You have the freedom to build your own schedule and set your own client meeting times.
Depending on client preference and availability, you may be able to host meetings virtually.
There is a lot of flexibility in the schedule and you control you own schedule.
Pay Pay will be based your education and experience in the field.
Pay starts at $25/hour and can go up to $35 depending on education and experience.
You will also get paid time and half if you are providing coaching/evaluations for more than 1 client at a time.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
