36 hrs/pp. Nights. 11 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. weeknights; 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. every third Sat. and Sun.

The Administrative Supervisor assumes shift responsibility for patient/resident care in clinical units and acts as the administrative designee in the absence of administration.
Responsibilities include:
Accepts responsibility and acts as administrative designee in absence of administration
Lead/coordinate daily workflow
Monitor and make adjustments based on work requirement in day-to-day staffing and scheduling
Communicate with all customers
Promote personal behaviors that reflect organizational values
Follows specialized policies
Maintain staffing and scheduling as directed by manager/director
Represent employee needs regarding support and resources to manager/director
Identify, confront, decrease and resolve area-related conflict, and notify manager/director as appropriate
Participate in, and contribute to, committee team or work group activities, issues and priorities
Participated in in-services and continuing education as directed by manager/director
Recommend or implement, monitor and maintain standards for quality and patient safety in area/service of responsibility
Recommend or implement, monitor, and maintain standards for productivity and cost-effectiveness in area/service of responsibility.
Make recommendations regarding area/service budget.
Identify and work to resolve issues related to the safety, security and efficiency of systems, equipment, and supplies essential for customer service/care within area/service.
Assure compliance with accrediting/regulatory agencies in area/service of responsibility
Represent CentraCare Health-Monticello in specialty professional organizations, as requested.
Perform work-related functions as needed in area/service of responsibility.
Participates in and supports process improvement initiatives.
Investigates, reports and follow-up on all patient and family complaints.
Rounds on all organization departments on a regular basis each shift.
Delegates or accepts delegated functions as appropriate.
Performs work-related functions as needed in area/service of responsibility.
Requirements:
Current Minnesota Registered Nurse License.
Current BLS certification.
Current ACLS or ability to obtain within 3 months.
Two years registered nursing experience in hospital setting.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Basic computer knowledge.
Knowledgeable of Joint Commission and related standards preferred.
Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
Strong written and verbal skills.
Strong interpersonal human relations skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
